Dark chocolate crémeux, chocolate and cocoa nibs shortbread, and a crunchy chocolate base are balanced with a raspberry crème brûlée and berry compote.
The chocolate semi-sphere features an open heart cut-out revealing its chocolate and raspberry cake core, pierced by a chocolate arrow straight through the heart.
