Shipping policy

Deliveries are made from www.yannboutiquedelivery.com and all pick up orders from www.yannboutique.com.

Deliveries are made to Calgary, Alberta, Canada within city limits on Thursday & Saturday . Holiday exception may be made. We require a minimum purchase amount of $50 with a delivery fee is of $10 or $80+ and we offer free delivery.

Cut off to modify an order is 48 hours before day of delivery.

Cut off to place an order is 9 am the day prior.

We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order.

All shipping & delivery charges are your responsibility, unless waived by Yann Haute Patisserie. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INFORMATION RELATIVE TO THE RECIPIENT'S NAME AND ADDRESS. THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE PRECISE, ACCURATE AND COMPLETE AND MAKE SURE THE PERSON WILL BE PRESENT DURING THE TIME OF DELIVERY (e.g. it should include the door code and the floor) to enable delivery under normal conditions.

Yann Haute Patisserie has a staff member accommodating the deliveries of our customers. Deliveries are made between 12/noon and 6pm with no guarantee of a specific time.

Packages may be left at the door if conditions are favorable (shade/temperature/safety) and if instructed by the customer via telephone or email 48 hours before delivery. If a package has to be returned because there was an error in the address or it was impossible to make the delivery to the address indicated or the person was not present, Yann Haute Patisserie  cannot be held responsible in any way.

We do not take orders for delivery to a post office box address.

In case of delivery by courier arranged by yourself, you are responsible for the delivery and storage of the products. An extra charge may be levied for the cost of having the product returned to our boutique.

If a delivery is made outside the specified time frame due to extreme weather conditions or other conditions outside our control (like missing delivery information), this does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

It is your responsibility to transfer the products to the appropriate storage upon delivery (fridge, freezer or room temperature).
