We are delighted to share some exciting news with our community: p o é s i e . c o , a new concept by Yann Haute Patisserie, is now open in the heart of Kensington.
For the past 15 years, Yann Haute Patisserie has been part of Calgary’s food story — handcrafting French pastries made with quality, natural ingredients and a lot of love. With p o é s i e . c o, we are taking that same spirit and creating a new experience: one that is light, calmly colourful, and designed for you to enjoy our croissants in a whole new way.

p o é s i e . c o is a space with seating for about 16 guests, where you can pause, gather, and indulge. The name itself means poetry in French — and that is exactly how we see it: a joyful expression of flavour, craft, and creativity.

Why p o é s i e . c o ?
p o é s i e . c o is a continuation of our story, but also something distinctly new. It is about moments: like the first bite of a warm croissant, the fun of discovering a croissandwhich filled with ice cream, or the pleasure of taking home frozen pastries to bake for friends (the smell!).
