DO YOU HAVE CAKES AVAILABLE WITHOUT PRE-ORDERING?

Oui! We are a pastry shop and have individual, 4–6 serving and 6–8 serving cakes available in our shop. Quantities are limited, so ordering ahead is always a good idea, especially if you would like a larger size.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

Your order will be ready when we open in the morning. Come whenever it is convenient for you! We have free parking behind the yellow house for an easy visit.

DO YOU DELIVER IN CALGARY?

We do! We deliver in Calgary on Thursdays and Saturdays. Delivery is available on orders of $50 or more for a $10 delivery fee, and delivery is free on orders over $80.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM CAKES?

All of our cake designs and flavours can be seen on our website. We do not customize the cakes themselves, but we can add a personalized chocolate message on top.

CAN YOU WRITE A MESSAGE ON A CAKE?

Absolutely! We offer complimentary “Happy Birthday,” “Happy Anniversary,” or “Joyeux Anniversaire” messages.

Prefer something personal? For $5, Chef can handwrite your own message in Valrhona chocolate.

HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I ORDER?

It is never too early! Online orders require 48 hours' notice, but you can order directly with our team up to the day before, depending on availability.

Please note that our products are made in a facility that also handles nuts.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALCOHOL OR GELATIN?

Some do. We use beef gelatin and alcohol for flavour in selected products.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CAKE?

Keep your cake refrigerated and enjoy it at room temperature, preferably on the same day.

ESCAPE: Keep it frozen until you are ready to enjoy it. It is made with sorbet and will melt!

WHERE CAN I FIND BAKING INSTRUCTIONS?

Right here! Find the baking instructions for our frozen-to-oven croissants, pain au chocolat, breads and other products.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND IS THERE PARKING?

We are in the big yellow house in Mission, and yes, we have free parking!
