Canceling an order or what do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?


At Yann Haute Patisserie we strive to make each and every customer the happiest they can be.


To reach us about your order, please contact us at info@yannboutique.com. Explain what your concern is and attach pictures if possible. A solution will be designed based on each case individually and approved by the head chef Yann Blanchard and/or our head manager.

Examples of solutions/reconciliation are but not limited to: refund, partial refund, product replacement or gift card/store credit.


Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Sunday, 11am to 5pm MST. Monday, closed.
