Why is my lemon macaron a different shade of yellow?

We do not like artificial anything and even less artificial colours.
Therefore, we are now using a new range of products made by Exberry, brand producing truly natural food Coloring!

It is truly wonderful to be able to colour our macarons just enough to keep the fun but also to keep everyone as healthy as possible.
You may wonder how it is possible to have such beautiful blue for example, and blue is actually made from Spirulina.
Just like our chocolate and the Valrhona, this company takes care of their farmers through fixed-price contracts which is important to us. Thriving communities are just what we all need!
