Creating gluten free, dairy free and nut free treats is not a difficult task, it just needs to be taken into consideration. We recognize that most of our customers love our bread, butter and all cakes, but also that some do have an allergy or restriction(s).
This is why you can find three collections of products on our website with our gluten free, dairy free and nut free desserts so it is easily found.
You may be surprised but we do have a plant-based option for dessert!
Our Exotic Delight is dairy and egg free with no other animal products. Yes, it can be and look this good!
Of course all macarons are gluten free by default which makes it easy. They are made in a different kitchen than where we make our bread & croissants. Many of our customers with Celiac have felt comfortable enjoying our macarons in the last 13 years but we always leave it to your own comfort level.
We do go nuts!
To control the quality of our nuts, we roast and make our own paste using quality pistachios, almonds and hazelnuts. This also means we have them around (in our macaron kitchen, not the cake kitchen).
So no worries, nut-free desserts do mean nut free. We just have to add that little "made in a facility that may process nuts" just in case!
