SOME WINE PAIRING IDEAS:

Yann Haute Patisserie, Calgary's French patisserie specializing in artisan pastries, cakes, macarons and chocolates.

Ever wonder what would go well with your favorite treats?

Lemon Tart ➢ Chateau La Nerthe

Made of Grenache and Roussane, this wine comes from Chateauneuf du Pape in the South of France. The generosity and fat of this wine will balance with the acidity of the citrus.

Mille Feuille ➢ Fichet Pinot Noir

Made in the South of Burgundy, in the center of France, the fruitiness and acidity of Pinot noir will match perfectly the creamy and vanilla aroma of the Mille Feuille.

Paris-Calgary ➢ Chateau de Francs 2016

Made in Bordeaux, this wine with a little bit of age is soft but powerful and starts to show little sign of oxidation which goes well with the nutty aroma of this classic desert.

From flaky croissants to colourful macarons, every creation is made by hand with precision and passion.
