The crunch base is made of rice & buckwheat, then a flour-less cake rolled up with chocolate cream and topped with whipped chocolate ganache & a chocolate fondant.

All the chocolate used is of single origin: Ghana! Using Valrhona chocolate called Nyangbo we can guarantee a rich and consistent flavour for this little decadent and comforting treat.

This cake is gluten free!
