Let's start with a buckwheat shortbread chocolate crunch bottom layer with a buckwheat rolled cake: pumpkin & mandarin compote. The swirl is made of Valrhona Orelys whipped chocolate ganache & maple syrup-candied buckwheat seeds.
Cake is made for 6 people but you do not have to share!
